Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EFEIREN. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and have all original tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Proof of purchase (your order number) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken)

Bodysuits

Underwear and lingerie

Socks and hosiery

Any item marked as "Final Sale" on your receipt or on the product page.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email our customer service team at suppliers@efeiren.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

Please do not send returns without an RMA number, as we may be unable to process them.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We apologize if you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us immediately at suppliers@efeiren.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs and will expedite a replacement or full refund for you.

8. Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
