2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, the destination address, and the selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you finalize your order.

3. Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information, which will allow you to monitor your package's journey.

4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in this case.

5. Package Handling & Transit
While we ensure all orders are packaged with care to protect the items during transit, EFEIREN is not liable for any packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. The risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected at our discretion to provide the best service possible.

7. P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard USPS mail.

8. Order Issues & Lost Packages
If you encounter any issues with your order during shipping, such as a lost package, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. If the issue cannot be resolved with the carrier, please contact our customer service team at suppliers@efeiren.com for further assistance.
